Dear Brother,

It hs been two weeks since I wrote to you during this time I have been quite busy a week ago Saturday I went out to Durand with Kelly Pelton and his wife he is the conductor on the freight train we only stayed one day had a nice time Father and mother Graves are here Father Joseph and the girls are going North this week  


Oh Isaac I wish you were here and would take me out sleigh riding the sleighing is tip top I would not care if I was not married this winter then pehaps I might have a beau and take a ride around town as the rest of the folks are doing today Adelmer expects to go to wotk to Cases this week. Minnie sits singing she is a perfect little bird three years old yesterday We are all well and to tell the truth I want to go sleigh riding so bad I can't write I received a letter from you Thursday and of course was very glad to hear from you and want to hear often when are you coming home please excuse this ever short letter from Sister
