Day Outing In Carpinteria, California, USA

A nice bakery for breakfast where the locals frequent.

A nice place to relax before church.

I love to attend mass at different churches like this one in Carpinteria. The name Carpinteria originated in the 1500s when Spanish soldiers saw the Indians carving wooden boats. They called it the carpenter's shop.

This church only takes in four thousand dollars per week; hardly enough to pay their expenses. Only the nine o'clock mass was in English.

Nice pews.

The family that prayers together....

Karen and Pat have been married for over fifty years.

It's a small world after all. This church was an hour and a half away from Burbank and this man recognized the Staffords. They knew each other through Monica' sister, Sister Shannon's order.
