Oh Pope Francis, I don't Agree With You About Material Things

This was a Christmas gift my mother gave me. The Lionel set cost her a week's pay. Why can't we love some material things that give us comfort and pleasure? I loved that train set. I loved all the Christmas gifts my mother got me and we were the poorest family in the neighborhood. We were the last family to get a television. During the winter my mother put newspapers between our blankets to keep us warm.
