- On this first test, the students will be able to use their study guides. We will quickly wean them off of this so they learn to study their study guides. We don't want to be enablers, do we???
The students need to know sixteen vocabulary words and phrases like telescope and space probe.
Essay questions:
What causes the rings around the planets?
Do planets closer to the sun orbit faster or slower?
What is found on a planet that shows evidence that there was water?
What is the source of energy in the solar system?
How many days does it take for the cycle of the moon to take place?
What causes the Earth’s seasons?
Why do we see the phases of the moon?
What does a radio telescope do?
What are the advantages of using space probes instead of astronauts?
Love your input. Will listen to requests or ideas for future blogs. Have a safe day. Would love to hear from former students or their great parents. God bless the United States of America.
