- three more weeks and intersession - super
- in nine weeks we will have only had library twice and computer lab three times - bummer
- tomorrow is Grandparent's tea - sweet
- 13 students did not have updated grade sheets - huh!
- tax credit would be nice - so nice
- students should be at 35 AR points; reason for the high reading expectations: during the seven years I was at Coronado, Copper Creek's fourth grade was at the 80th percentile in reading; our current reading percentile has dropped to 63
- students have started reading Wringer - we are becoming reading machines
- the take-home science test shows the points for each section of the test; the test is due a week from today (Sept. 28)
- tomorrow the spelling sheet is due and we will have the spelling test
- today in math: 4th pp. 124-125 (1-8), pp. 126-129 (1-35) and pp. 134-135 (1-18); 5th pp. 190-191 (1-37), pp. 192-193 (1-30), and p. 180 (1-25); 6th pp. 152-153 (7-48) and pp. 140-141 (1-24)
Love your input. Will listen to requests or ideas for future blogs. Have a safe day. Would love to hear from former students or their great parents. God bless the United States of America.
