• today in math: 4th pp. 344 345 (1-14) and p. 315 (25 48); 5th pp. 412 - 415 (1-36) and pp. 416 - 417 (1-8); 6th p. 361 (1-10) and unit V review
• tomorrow unit test and unit practice corrections
• the students should have picked out a nine point book and you should see them reading it at home and working on their book jackets
• we could use some items for our student store
• Friday we have a four sentence edit quiz and grammar 46, 47, & 48
• IMPORTANT: we have students who are not listening during read aloud; these students are not following directions, they are not working on their listening skills, and they are not earning the easy AR points they ought to - therefore, from now on the AR tests must be taken the same day we finish reading the book so we ensure ourselves better cooperation and results; curently we are reading The Summer of the Swans
• this quarter we are auditing the journal writes every day; we are measuring content, cursive neatness and readability, word spacing, and appropriate margins
