More Michigan More Love and Friendship - Hi Adam!!!

This trip was my first vacation in a long time. I was taking care of sick dogs. Unfortunatley, Dickens and Einstein have passed away. The resort we go to we have been going to since Tommy was six. It is interesting how this place is a passion for him. He talks about going there for another 25 years. He is just as sentimental as I am. I am glad he has learned to love fishing. I think it is a guy thing (not that girls and women aren't welcome). Going to sports stores, buying all kinds of tackle and the latest gadgets, and using your skills to catch more and larger fish are all enjoyable. We have had two fish on at once. We call that a double banger. It would be nice to have a triple banger. But we go there for other reasons; the beauty of nature; beautiful skies with clouds and sunsets and stars; the smell of the north woods; the boating; the amazing cookin that Adam provides; reliving old stories; teasing each other; relaxing politeness and being ourselves and kids again. This year we were able to enjoy the Blackhawks hockey games. We no sooner get back and we start the countdown for next year. It is nice to have friends, and it is nice to share with a best friend,
