Thanksgiving Meal Today At Copper Creek - Homeroom Parents Needed To Organize An End Of Year Party

We have an opportunity to have an end of 2010 year party on the last day and last hour an a half of school on December 16th. See important dates for other things that are happening.

Today our excellent cafeteria is serving our Thanksgiving meal; turkey, gravy, stuffing, yams, green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls, and pumpkin pie topped with whipped cream. We are thankful for our cafeteria, the hard working ladies who serve us, and especially Rosie who always greets us with a smile. She personifies kindness.

In our homeroom we will select our "turkey caller" to represent us in the contest. The class voted for Kyler. Vania and Genna are representing us in the Spelling Bee.

The students should be finishing their Giant Post Cards and working on their All About me part II papers.
Mrs. Flannery and Mrs. Damiani's classes are both working on Giant Post Cards.

Math
No class tomorrow due to Field Day, as a result, the chapter test is moved to next week. This chapter, long division, is the most difficult one in the book every year.

Science
Projects due Friday.
