First They Got Rid Of My MAI Class, Then They Got Rid of My Leveling Class and Then They Got Rid of Me and Then THEY Were Happy; Mine Was the Only Class They Got Rid of


  • the class that has students that go to Cal Tech, Princeton, Harvard, Virginia Tech, Baylor, William and Mary and the Air Force Academy and other highly selective schools they got rid of; they got rid of my MAI class and they got rid of me
  • the class that had the school's highest math and reading test scores they got rid of
  • the only class that finished the math book every year they got rid of
  • the class that had 3rd graders come in to work on 4th grade math they got rid of
  • the class that had many students working above grade level just like Basis they got rid of
  • the class that had many of its students in the 95th to 99th percentile they got rid of
  • the class that had the most homework completion they got rid of
  • the class that had a student who earned the highest standardized math score in the history of the school they got rid of
  • the class that had the most students getting into pre-algebra they got rid of
  • the class that had the most reading practice and the students read the most books they got rid of
  • the class that had the largest in class library and the most classroom sets of novels they got rid of
  • the class that earned the most AR trophies they got rod of
  • the class that put on a Candlelight Dinner every year they got rid of
  • the class that put on the Fiddler On the Roof, Our Town, the Wizard of Oz, and James the Giant Peach they got rid of
  • the class that shot off rockets they got rid of
  • the class that camped out overnight in Catalina State park with parents, kids, and dogs they got rid of
  • the class that had the most pictures of students and student work on display they got rid of
  • the class where the teacherv watched the students work in music, art, PE and band and took their pictures there they got rid of
  • the class where the teacher often stayed outside during recess they got rid of
  • the class that had the best projects they got rid of
  • the class that had students do an All About Me, an ABC Book, a Giant Post Card, a historical fiction brochure they got rid of
  • the class that had each student do a power point presentation on the Smart Board they got rid of
  • the class that had the best Celebrate Excellence displays they got rid of
  • the class where students could be themselves they got rid of
  • one of the only classes that had the gifted teacher come into the class once a week to teach a lesson to the entire class they got rid of
  • the class that taught students to use a planner that wrote the assignments on the days they are due they got rid of
