Hooray For Hollywood - Paramount Pictures - "See Dad Run"

To the left you see a large screen and the parking lot that is angled down so that it can be flooded, creating a pool for water scenes.

Paramount Studios are in Hollywood.

This gate is used for special occasions. Monica and her dad enter this memorable gate where stars have entered.

Monica's brother Joe is an assistant director on the set of "Run Dad Run." Scott Baio is the lead actor. Joe's father-in-law is Al Molonaro. When he was working, he played Al Delvecchio, the owner of Arnold's on Happy Days.
The set for classroom scenes.

To make  the sets look real on television, the lighting is substantial and very sophisticated.

This refrigerator actually worked.

The plumbing is not hooked up unless there is a special need.

If you look above the classroom, there are thick soundproofing pads on all the exterior walls. These were recently replaced.

Furniture is covered in an effort to keep it clean.

Actors of small parts are often hired for one day for $400.00. If they appear on several shows and the show are syndicated, the studio would have to pay them royalties. This they try to avoid.
