Music Was Brought Into the World to Bring Pleasure - Our Town

• fabulous opportunity; several parents have indicated that they wanted to do something for the class, but they are unable to visit the classroom and would like to do something at home; we are looking for a parent to put together our gift basket for the PTO that will be raffled off at the carnival; the PTO wants in turned in by April 15th; our theme is the U of A, a nice big basket wrapped in cellophane
• the students should have taken their nine point AR test by now to know if the passed or failed it before starting on their book jacket
• Hatchet scores were poor: three students had 70%, one student had 60%, four students had a 50%, one student had a 40%, and one student had a 30%; however, twelve students earned a 90% - 100%
• tomorrow is math chapter corrections and a math test
• today in math: 4th pp. 376-377 (1-10) and pp. 378-381 (1-40); 5th pp. 440-441 (1-10) and p. 442 (1-20) and p. 443 (1-8); 6th pp. 390=393 (1-24)
• students will not be able to take AR quizzes this Friday through Tuesday so that the district can do maintenance
