Congratulations Emily for being elected Sargent of Arms of the Student Council.
Mrs. Schwartz is donating all of her stuffed animals to the library. They seem so at home there and they make our library a very welcoming place.

The following is a paragraph in a student's All About Me about their favorite color. Enjoy.
My favorite color is black. It sadly describes the world today: color blind; lifeless; dark; cold; full of starvation, unemployment, homelessness; death. All the horrible things we wish could never happen. I also like black because it is the color of the midnight sky. I love staring into infinity thinking about the stars, the planets, if aliens exist; and then a thought that leaves me staring even more: does God exist?...and is there really a messiah? If so, has he really come? Black is the color of nothing, and the color of everything.
